Overview

Hi my name is Andrew, and I provide 1 to 1 training for any behavioural problems, rescue dog support, puppy socialisation and training, and more. My aim is to help you to understand your dog and to support you whilst working towards modifying any unwanted behaviours, as well as teaching foundation exercises along with basic obedience training.

My partner and I have been working with dogs for the last 7 years. We started a dog walking and boarding business in 2018.Throughout our lives, we have both re-homed many rescue dogs.
I have been around dogs all my life. During my 10 years in the military, I saw many street dogs around the world living in challenging environments, and was intrigued by how they thrived. Their lives were very different to our ‘pampered’ pet dogs back home, and yet they seemed very content, even happy.
I wanted to learn how the dogs mind works, and how they interpret the world around them.

In 2021 I began studying with The British College of Canine Studies, and attained a Level 4 Diploma in Advanced Canine Behaviour.
I am a qualified instructor and trainer for The Institute of Modern Dog Training.
I also have an Open College Network Accredited Certification in ‘Principals of Dog Training and Behaviour Level 3’, and am qualified in dog first aid.
I hold fully comprehensive specialist Pet Business Insurance including Public Liability Cover.

The world we live in today is very challenging for our pets, and if they are not properly socialised and trained at a very young age, this can lead to many different kinds of behavioural problems in later life.

Using science based and force free dog training principles, I want to help rebuild communications between owner and dog and reinforce the bond between you. My mission is to leave every dog fulfilled, and every owner confident.
I am here to help, and I will support you and your pet in the journey to leading a calm and happy life together!
