For as long as she can remember, dogs have been Charmaine's greatest passion. This love was profoundly kindled in 1992 when her parents brought home an English Springer Spaniel puppy, Lady. Over the years, Charmaine's bond with dogs has only deepened, leading her to pursue a career in dog training and to open a business as a dog groomer.

In 2020, Charmaine proudly became a member of the Institute of Modern Dog Trainers (IMDT), reflecting her commitment to the highest standards of modern dog training. Charmaine's mission is to help owners to enable their dogs to navigate the human world with confidence.
