Overview

I am an IMDT-accredited trainer who specialises in Separation Anxiety Training for dogs and their families.

I have qualified as a specialised CSAT (Certified Separation Anxiety Trainer), one of only a few CSATs in the UK by undertaking a 4-month intensive course with the world leading expert trainer in SA, Malena De Martini.

Living day to day with a dog who suffers from SA is hard. SA impacts negatively on a dog's welfare and health. Training a dog through rehabilitation and recovery can take a long time.

Using the protocol of systematic desensitisation, I work through this alongside my clients. We work at the pace of the dog. There's lots of learning for the client as well as the dog along the way.

I make a commitment to the people I work with that I will support them throughout their training, however long that takes. There will be laughter, tears, and lots of empathy and cheerleading!
